Whirlpool Duet Washer


My husband and I bought a brand new front load Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer in August 2010 after we bought a house. I have never in my life had so many problems with a washer. The bumper or guard thing in the front has had a problem constantly and we have had to have in replaced at least four times. It is messed up again but this time it damaged my floor to the point I had to have a contractor replace the floor, if I am lucky enough for the damage to only include the floor and ceiling below. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not bother spending money on this product, it could cost you a lot more than you think.
